Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. We may also notify you via email when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

For shipments to Canada, customs or import duties may be charged by local authorities upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In accordance with customs regulations, we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a value lower than the actual purchase price.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Verify your shipping address in the order confirmation
- Check all possible delivery locations around your residence (porch, mailbox area, concierge/front desk)
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number to request more details
